Christmas Shutdown
As the run up to Christmas is so busy and our staff regularly work 12 hour days getting orders out we like to give everyone a really good Christmas break. Therefore our warehouse will be closed from 11am Friday 22nd December 2012 to 8am January 2nd 2013.
You will still be able to place orders online during this time, but no orders will be despatched until 2nd January 2013. Full expected delivery dates are shown at checkout.

While the vast majority of the orders we send out will arrive on time there will always be a few small cases where issues arise that delay deliveries. These frequently asked questions will help you resolve any issues as they occur:
If you’ve been notified that your order has been dispatched but the estimated delivery date has passed we recommend that you contact your local Royal Mail postal sorting office to see if they have already tried to deliver it to you, you should also speak to your neighbours to see if the package has been left with them.
If your local sorting office does not have your package and neither do your neighbours then we would ask you wait a few days in case it’s been delayed in the post. If you still haven’t received it then please contact us and we’ll do our very best to help locate it.
